Q: Why do I have to create an account and enter all that information? A: Since an integral part of our business relies on customer approval of our work, we cannot setup a project proof approval system without an account - customers must approve a proof before we commit to print or engrave anything. Additionally, through an account customers can track packages and modify billing or shipping information. Even if a new customer calls in an order, we must create an account for them. Q: How do I pay for my design project? A: You can submit payment directly though our Web site. All payment transactions are processed via Authorize.net and your information is secured via Comodo SSL. Alternately you may contact us by phone (Customer Support) and we will take your payment details verbally. Our Privacy Policy is here. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards, and as a verified merchant, we also offer payment via PayPal for those customers not comfortable disclosing credit card information on our Web site. Q: After I pay what happens? A: We can progress as fast as we receive feedback from you.
Q: Can you bill me later? A: No. As design work and programming are proprietary and volatile (images can be downloaded from client proofing areas and code can be copied from the page source) we require payment before a project is scheduled. |
